Biographie
François Vessière is currently a founder and partner at TOPS Consult and specializes in the development of commercial and industrial activities globally, with a particular focus on managing new projects and on revamping assets in the wood, pulp and paper, wastepaper, printing, converting, energy and biomass industries. He graduated with an engineering degree from Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (France)
Before joining TOPS Consult, François Vessière spent more than 30 years in Paper Engineering and had roles in General Management, working for two major international companies: ARJOWIGGINS and LECTA. Within Arjowiggins, he created the Chinese subsidiary, based in Hong Kong. He continues to be involved in Chinese paper industry, being board member of one Speciality Paper company. He as a strong expertise of processes and sales for all grades of pulp and paper, printing and writing, coated paper, corrugated paper, plain board, packaging, specialities, and tissue. He is adviser for the Algerian Government for the Pulp and Paper Industry. He is Board member of GENERALEMBALLAGE, an Algerian company, specialized in corrugated card box production. He also serves as Senior Industrial Adviser for EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development).
