Biographie
Jean-Marc Deltorn is Associate Professor at the Center for International Intellectual Property Studies (CEIPI). At CEIPI, Jean-Marc studies the relationship between emerging digital technologies and intellectual property. Before joining CEIPI, Jean-Marc was responsible for the examination of applications in the field of Artificial Intelligence and its applications at the European Patent Office (EPO) for more than 15 years.
Jean-Marc is a member of the “Impact of Technology Expert Group” at the European Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights within the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Jean-Marc holds a PhD in physics from the University of Paris and a PhD in law from the University of Strasbourg.
